Whatcha talkin’ to her for
Callin’ her your old lady
She looks a lot younger
Than you and me now lately
Screaming at the top of my lungs
It’s the time of the season
Nobody should be left alone
Grab someone and hold them close
Until you fall down dreaming
Second guessin’ your best years
Like you didn’t learn nothin’
How could I have learned so much
From you that’s somethin’
Screaming from the edge of the world
Do you think it’s contagious
I don’t wanna be alone
Somebody better take me home
Before I fall down dreaming
And if a little tear
Fell from your eye
I will catch it for you
Everytime
Everytime
Everytime
Screaming from the edge of the world
Do you think it’s contagious
I don’t wanna be alone
Somebody better take me home
Before I fall down dreaming
Fall down dreaming
Fall down dreaming
Fall down dreaming

Power pop is a pretty formulaic genre -- a glorious formula, but still, predictable enough that lots and lots of bands can pull off a "perfect" blend of melody, harmony, jangle and crunch a time or two in the course of their careers. But I can't name another record that hits the magic spot EVERY SINGLE TRACK. This is so f$%#ing good. Craig O'Neill
